Dan DeVries | Retired from Rosema Corporation

Dan worked 45 years at Rosema Corporation before his retirement in January 2019. He mentored generations of construction professionals over the years. A $500 donation was made in his honor to Youth for Christ of Northern Indiana.

2019 Gold Medal Award Recipient

Andy Brooks | President of Brooks Construction Company

Andy has been deeply engaged in securing support for the state highway construction industry and advancements in safety and quality. A $500 donation was presented to Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo on Andy’s behalf.

2019 Centennial Award Recipient

Jake Fetters | President of Mosaic Building Solutions

Jake is a leader on many local boards included Big Brothers Big Sisters, Lutheran Life Villages, and Our Hope Lutheran Church. He encourages all Mosaic employees to step up and be a part of their local communities, fostering an environment of community activeness.

BCA Construction Scholarships Available

Guidelines & Application

The Education Committee is pleased to announce that BCA is currently accepting applications for the 2024 BCA Scholarship Program! Four scholarships, each worth $2500, are available for students pursuing training under a BAT-approved construction apprenticeship program or a college degree in a construction-related field. Eligibility is limited to BCA members' employees, immediate family members, or students who have successfully completed the BCA Construction Career Academy.
