Young Professionals Forum

The objective of the BCA Young Professionals program is to foster growth in BCA members' younger employees - "40-ish" and under - by providing education and networking opportunities to expedite advancement in their careers and into positions of leadership within their organizations and in the Association.

The YPF program has more than doubled its enrollment over the past several years, with an average enrollment of over 125 annually.

CAGERS 2.0 is Here!

The BCA Government Affairs Committee is thrilled to re-launch CAGERS after a 20+ year hiatus. The new program—CAGERS 2.0—will be scheduled on the first Tuesday monthly from September to May from 7 to 8 AM in the Citizens Square Garden Room. It is designed to enhance connections between city-county departments and BCA members engaged in northeast Indiana’s construction community.
