EducationPromoting lifelong learning is an objective of BCA, and the Lunch & Learn Series and Management Training Seminars support that effort through frequent seminars on a variety of business topics. The mission of the BCA Education Committee is to provide practical learning opportunities based on the needs of the membership that foster individuals' career growth and members' organizational development. The BCA Education Committee is pleased to announce that the first BCA University Leadership Development Program (LDP) will begin on Wednesday, September 11. Working through BCA University’s leadership partner, Langham Leadership, this program is designed to equip participants with essential skills and tools grounded in real-world, usable, and practical information to lead and manage teams effectively. |

BCA and Katz, Sapper & Miller are seeking award nominations for individuals who excel in their service to others, to our community, and the construction industry. Nominees can be persons either currently working or retired. They should be individuals who have proven or are proving to be great assets for the northeast Indiana construction industry.
