Promoting lifelong learning is a key objective of BCA. The Lunch & Learn Series and Management Training Seminars support this goal by offering seminars on various business topics. The mission of the BCA Education Committee is to provide practical learning opportunities that address the needs of our members, foster individual career growth, and enhance organizational development.

BCA University Leadership Development Program (LDP) 

The BCA Education Committee is excited to announce the start of the second cohort of the BCA University Leadership Development Program (LDP), which will begin on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. In partnership with Langham Leadership, BCA University’s leadership partner, this program is designed to equip participants with essential skills and tools. It focuses on real-world applications and practical information to help them lead and manage teams effectively. Enrollment is now open!
